Other power companies saw the TVA as a threat to their own successes because the TVA was offering cheaper power than they were at the time. They thought that the success of the TVA would halt the development of their own companies. (Opposition to TVA)

The TVA was successful in my opinion because it did everything that it promised it would do icluding the navigability of the Tennessee River and providing electricity to people for an affordable price. Also, I find the TVA successful becasue it still remains as the number one company that produces the most power in the country today! This program brought immediate relief to the Tennessee River Valley because it provided jobs and affordable electricity to thousands of people.

My thought is that the Tennesse Valley Authority power company is Conservative because it was started by wealthy Conservative buisnessmen and it was unliked by most Liberals during the start of the TVA. It was also a big buisiness which Conservatives love and Liberals hate(Conservapedia).
